In high-stakes B2B sales, an executive trainer’s or consultant’s fee is either a sunk cost or a strategic investment—the difference lies in the results. My fee structure is designed for organizations that are not looking for the “cheapest” option, but for a highly effective way to develop their sales competencies and aligning their sales with the modern customers’ buying logic to achieve true sales excellence.

All fees are in EUR, including light customization and a preparatory meeting*, but excluding VAT, travel-related expenses, and possible travel supplement**. Payment terms are 30 days net.

Every intervention includes light customization and a preparatory meeting* to ensure alignment with your specific situation and market challenges. For more complex, multi-national, or high-stakes projects, the investment scales to reflect the increased depth of research, tailoring, amount of administrative work load, and delivery required.

*Preparatory meeting: Each session is custom-engineered following a strategic consultation. This alignment phase ensures the training is optimally calibrated to your current situation, goals, and audience expectations & competence level.

Shared-Risk Performance Models

For long-term partnerships, I offer performance-based structures (success fees) that lower the upfront investment while aligning my incentives with your actual revenue growth. This model is ideal for organizations ready to fully commit to the 5 Value Domains.

Global Delivery & Logistics

Services are available globally in English, Swedish, Finnish, and German.

**Travel supplement: For engagements at locations requiring more than two hours of travel time, an additional travel fee of €950 per travel day is charged.

Fees and pricing policy

The fees and pricing policy are both reasonable and fair. There are no hidden costs or attempts to “lock you in”. What you essentially pay for–once the job is done–consists of the following:

The fees, when booked directly from me, including a prep discussion* and including light customization (of the keynote speech, training or workshop) are as follows (all prices stated in Euro and excluding VAT, travel, accommodation, travel supplement**):

The above are provided for your convenience and show where my fees start at. The fees always include a prep-meeting and light customization. The final fee may vary and is generally affected by the level of needed/requested customization, administrative work load, location, etc. We maintain the right to price changes. The fee and price that is mutually agreed upon is what counts.
* The prep meeting can be done face-to-face, by phone or video call. It’s important that I know about your situation, what you are aiming at, and the audience, so I can design and plan for a training that fits your situation, needs and expectations.
**Travel fee: If the training/event is held at a location to which I need to travel for more than two hours, an additional Travel fee of €950 per travel day is charged for lost work time (due to traveling).

Onsite or online: All services are available on-site or online and there is no difference in price (but of course, you save in costs associated with traveling, etc.).

As a rule of thumb, onsite trainings and workshops work well when bringing across new things or developing people’s competences. Online-based interaction generally works well when participants/the audience do not need to give their undivided attention to what is being covered, i.e. online is well suitable for topics that participants are already at least somewhat familiar with. Often times though, a mixed method approach is applied for trainings and workshops, e.g., a training might consist of onsite modules with online sessions between the modules. The right form of delivery depends on the aim of the session/training/workshop.

Lowering the upfront investment: For larger training projects (such as a Value Sales Academy), if you want to lower the upfront investment, we can also discuss a success fee, e.g., a percentage (%) of the increase in sales that your company makes after the training/workshop.

If you have your internal academy or prefer to book through your selected training organization: If you company already has an internal training academy or should you prefer to book me through your preferred training organization, I will be glad to collaborate with them.
